In the second half of 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha was a member of a large family that included athletes. Her father competed in bodybuilding as did her siblings, and she also participated in various sports, including hockey on ice. Aleesha has played sports in the past like softball, soccer and basketball. Aleesha was given her professional card for winning her first championship at NPC USA Championships 2014 But she first started in 2008. In addition, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she was ranked ninth. The finish she achieved was 9th in 2015. Aleesha was 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. Aleesha's first professional show took place at that of the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. Her performance had been steadily improving and was crowned winner after winning the Chicago Pro Championships. Aleesha's greatest performance came at WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. She finished 4th, which was her highest performance. But, the "World's strongest mom" decided to take a break from bodybuilding for health-related motives.
