Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder during the second half of the 2010s. Aleesha came from a sports-loving family in 1984. Her siblings also played athletics, including hockey and ice skating. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete, including soccer, basketball and softball. Aleesha was able to earn her professional certification through taking home her first NPC USA Championships 2014. The first time she competed was in 2008. In 2014 she also competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. Aleesha was able to hold onto her 9th-place finish for 2015. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha placed sixth place in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha began to improve and she was able to be the first professional competitor after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. Her finish was in fourth place. But the "World's strong mom" needed to stop her training due to her health.
