Aleesha could establish herself as the best female bodybuilder in the latter half of 2010. Aleesha Young was born 1984 into the family of sports. While her father was a bodybuilder, her siblings also played activities like hockey on ice. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was awarded her professional certificate after she won the NPC USA Championships 2014 She started competing in 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro where she was placed 9th. In 2015, she remained her 9th place finish. Aleesha placed 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and in 2016. Aleesha's first professional show was the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. Her performance had been steadily improving and had won her Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 she had the best WOS Rising-Phoenix performance when she placed fourth. The "World's most powerful mother" did take a hiatus in bodybuilding because of issues with her health.
