Aleesha could be recognized as the most effective female professional bodybuilder during the second part of the year. Aleesha was part of an extended family of athletes. Her siblings and father played hockey on ice, however her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was able to earn her professional certification after winning her first NPC USA Championships 2014. The first time she began competing she did so in the year 2008. The 2014 IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro was her first time competing and she finished 9th. She maintained a ninth-place finish for the year 2015. Aleesha placed 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and in 2016. The first time she competed professionally included her participation in the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She had steadily improved and had won her Chicago Pro Championships. Aleesha's greatest performance came at WOS Rising Phoenix in the year 2020. Fourth place was her best place. In spite of this, "Worlds strongest mom" was forced to take a break from the sport because of health concerns.
