Aleesha Young has established herself as the top female professional bodybuilder in the second half of the 2010s. Aleesha, born in 1984 to an athlete family. While her father was a bodybuilder, Aleesha's siblings were involved in games like playing ice hockey. Aleesha was also a participant in various sports like soccer, basketball as well as softball prior to getting involved in bodybuilding at the age of was around 15. Aleesha obtained her professional license by winning the NPC USA Championships 2014. She started competing in 2008. She also participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. She held on to a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha got herself into the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in the years 2015 and 2016. Aleesha, who has been steadily improving since then has won her first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning her first Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha was the top show at WOS's Rising Phoenix event, in which she was 4th overall in 2020. But, the "World's most powerful mom" was forced to stop training for medical motives.
