The second quarter of 2010, Aleesha is now a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha is from a sport-loving family that was born in 1984. Her father participated in bodybuilding as did her siblings and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha played soccer, softball as well as basketball until she started bodybuilding when she was fifteen. Aleesha won her pro card following her win at her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first year of competition that was 2008. In 2014, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. She maintained a ninth-place finish in 2015. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha came in at sixth place in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is consistently improving her performance since then has won her first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won at the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 she had the best WOS Rising Phoenix performance, as she was ranked fourth. The "World's toughest mother" had to take a break because of her health.
