In the second half of 2010 Aleesha is now a top female bodybuilder. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born to an athlete's family. They also had siblings who played athletics, including skating and hockey. Aleesha had played a variety of games like basketball, soccer and softball, before she got interested in bodybuilding when she was 15 or so. The pro license was obtained by Aleesha following her win at the NPC USA Championships. However, she began her journey in 2008. She also participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. Her finish was ninth in 2015. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and 2016 in 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Her first show as a professional included her participation in the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She had steadily improved and had won her Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. Fourth place was her best finish. The "World's most powerful mother" did take a hiatus in bodybuilding because of issues with her health.
