Aleesha young has firmly made her mark in the competitive world of bodybuilding as a top females. In 1984, Aleesha was born to an athlete's family. Her father took part in bodybuilding while her brothers and sisters participated in hockey and other sports. Aleesha played softball, soccer and basketball prior to when she started fitness at 15. Aleesha obtained her professional license after winning her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first competition began in 2008, but she has been competing since 2008. The following year, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015, she maintained her 9th place finish. Aleesha finished 6th both 2015 and 2016 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. As she continued to improve, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 winning the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance was in 2020. She placed fourth. The "World's strongest mother" was able to take a break in bodybuilding because of issues with her health.
