Aleesha young has established herself in the professional bodybuilding industry as one of the top women. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into the family of sports. Her father competed in bodybuilding, while her siblings participated in various sports, including hockey and ice. Aleesha was also active in activities like soccer, softball and basketball. She began bodybuilding at the age of 15 young. Aleesha was given her professional card for winning the NPC USA Championships 2014 However, she began competing in 2008. She competed in 2014 in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she placed 9th. Her finish was ninth for 2015. Aleesha qualified for the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. Aleesha has been steadily growing and in 2019 she took home her first pro award, in the Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. She finished fourth. The "World's strongest mom" decided to take a break from training for medical reason.
