Aleesha Young has established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the second half of the 2010s. When she was born in 1984, Aleesha was born to a family of athletes. Her siblings and father played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha played other sports such as basketball, softball and soccer. She began bodybuilding when she turned 15 years older. Aleesha earned her professional card by her victory at the NPC USA Championships 2014. But she first started in the year 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro was her first time competing in the 9th place race. In 2015 she held onto her 9th place. Aleesha qualified for the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 when she won her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. Her finish was in fourth place. The "World's Strongest Mom" is taking a medical break.
