Aleesha could establish herself as the best female professional bodybuilder during the later part of the year. Aleesha was born in 1984 to an athletic family. While her father was a bodybuilder, the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in sports such as hockey on ice. Aleesha played soccer, softball as well as basketball until she got into bodybuilding when she was fifteen. Aleesha earned her professional card after taking home the NPC USA Championships 2014. She began to compete in 2008, however she has been competing since 2008. She also took part in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro, where she was ranked ninth. In 2015, she remained her 9th-place finish. Aleesha was 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in the year 2015 and 2016. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha was the top showing at WOS's Rising Phoenix event, in which she placed 4th in 2020. However, the "World's strongest mom" took a break from bodybuilding for health-related motives.
